Hlk Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has worked as a sub/labour contractor for United Global Corporation Pvt. Ltd., undertaking core civil engineering activities in Telangana. The scope of the project included RCC formwork, RCC reinforcement, brickwork, plastering and some related civil finishing. Effective work planning was accomplished with the use of AutoCAD layouts, and the structural layout was validated and referred to using STAAD Pro. MS Project and Excel were used to systemically schedule and record progression monitoring of activities on site.
