Hlk Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. provided engineering and technical services to Invoxel Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, providing full technical support for a range of services, including on-site assistance with system installations, commissioning assistance, system troubleshooting and coordination of technical submission documentation. Invoxel Technologies worked to schedule system installations and commissioning to ensure procedural workflows were achieved through the use of documentation and technical support. As previously mentioned, Hlk Infrastructure used AutoCAD to reference layouts and for mark-ups, Hlk Infrastructure used MS Projects to track workflows, and Excel was used to schedule and report on task completion. Hlk Infrastructure ensured technical support operations were seamless, ensuring good client relations and responsive technical support to our client, Invoxel Technologies.
